We take great care in packing our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened or used soil, compost, manure, or biochar products
- Saplings and live plants
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. How to Request a Return

- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Brief description of the issue
